What You'll Be Doing
Develop handover framework strategy.
Steward, action and manage the entire compliant project asset handover to stakeholders.
Manage the compilation of relevant documents,
Manage relationship with stakeholders and liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs as required.
Attend and manage co-ordination meetings and provide support during the process.
Manage the seeking of necessary approvals.
Coordination with the Client and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in UAE for all technical queries and issues as required.
Work with the site team in the finalizing and management of testing & commissioning & actions required by stakeholders to ensure compliance at handover.
Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues, to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients.
Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a stakeholder Coordination position, liaising with authorities in Abu Dhabi.
Have experience as QA/QC Engineer in a close out projects preferrable.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic being an advantage.
Proven experience in dealing and liaising with government authorities in Abu Dhabi and their NOC system.
