Develop working knowledge in the assigned function. Develop business communication, professional etiquettes, and interpersonal skills.

Assist in hiring external service providers to execute various type of events. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Manage relationships with suppliers, caterers, suppliers, event organizers, and other event-related events service providers.

Coordinate with various parties involved in the execution of an event and ensure that all queries are answered.

Communicate and work closely with internal stakeholders on various events briefs.

Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, event setup, furniture, transportation, accommodation, etc.

Conduct site visits to assess and ensure the suitability of venues, events setup, production, sponsorship rights activation, etc.

Develop and manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies to promote events. Utilize social media and other channels to create buzz and generate interest in upcoming events.

Assist in all pre-event preparation with full onsite support, as well as conducting post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the event.

Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

Compile reports and provide insights for future event improvements.

Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.

Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside.


Minimum bachelor’s degree with relevant experience of 6-8 years in the event industry.

Work Experience

Experience in Marketing Communications or Events Planning, agency experience is a plus.

Dealing with suppliers and vendors and various events organizers.

Multitasking, with a capability to work on different projects simultaneously.

Interpersonal, Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of organizational, time management and administrative skills

IT and Analytical skills
