Key Responsibilities-

Developing financial strategies and plans for the company.

Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Conducting thorough financial analysis to support decision-making.

Managing cash flow and ensuring proper allocation of funds.

Collaborating with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.

Implementing and managing financial controls and risk management processes.

Supervising a team of financial professionals and providing leadership and guidance.

Preparing forecasts and financial projections.

Assessing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Participating in financial audits and managing relationships with auditors.

Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Supporting strategic planning and decision-making through financial expertise.

Driving cost optimization initiatives and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Managing relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.

You Must have-

Chartered Accountant MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7 -8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles in the hospitality industry.

Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Proven track record of strategic financial planning and implementation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
