Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Ensures the Safety of Guests and Employees all the times.

Assisting Rides Engineer & Rides Supervisors to manage spare parts, consumables, tools & all asset that belong to Orb Entertainment (Carnaval).

Assisting Rides Engineer & Rides Supervisors to plan and manage the process of identifying, finding, ordering and storing spare parts and supplies, tools and equipment’s inventory.

Complete any required paperwork and checklists to the required standard.

Orders supplies and equipment for the facility based upon anticipated requirements and the development of an organized purchasing system.

Maintain an inventory system that accurately determines quantity on hand, purchased and distributed. Ensure all such checklists and reports are captured via Ride maintenance software.

Maintain records, completes reports and other recordkeeping as required. Ensures appropriate housekeeping standards in the warehouse.

Conducts continuous safety inspections to identify and correct hazards.

Report and identify any risks to Carnaval Management immediately.

Ensures that any accidents and incidents are reported to Carnaval Management immediately.

Enforces and adheres to all Department and Park policies and guidelines.

Follow all GV policies as they relate to general office protocol and specifically for Carnaval operations and park safety.

Ensures that any risks identified are Risk Assessed and that these are recorded and reported immediately.

Actively promote a strong HSE culture amongst staff and contractors within Carnaval.

Supports maintenance during operations (i.e. during season), pre-opening set-up of all rides, and dismantling/close-out of all rides after the season and off-season.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics or equivalent to relevant field.

Computer literacy (should be well versed in using a spread sheet, database, presentation etc.)
