The role will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all inventory related costs including F&B, operating supplies, retail and others as defined by the Manager, Audit. Conduct regular inventory counts in conjunction with various departments and investigate and report on discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and report on slow moving and obsolete inventory on hand. Ensure all appropriate processes are in place to track inventory transactions for special events. You will have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with different departments within the Resort.
About You
You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization. You must have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools and a good business sense with operational focus. Strong organizational skills and managing demanding deadlines are essential to be successful in this role.
