Branch Manager Full-time Job

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes.

Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and other relevant tools.

Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work under pressure.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified International Freight Forwarder) would be an advantage.
