The Successful Applicant
Fluent in Arabic (GCC dialect)
Based in the UAE
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Prior experience in client services (1-3 years) within the financial services industry preferred
Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
