Responsibilities:

Identify potential suppliers of materials and components develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers.

Research and stay up to date with the latest trends, materials suitable according to Business needs. Source and recommend appropriate materials based on quality, cost, and design specifications suggested by buying team.

Monitor the market for materials and other relevant resources, identifying emerging trends and opportunities and discover new suppliers and materials.

Identify and evaluate product based on their specialization, production capabilities, and quality standards. Coordinate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure the selected factories meet the required standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, trust, and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve supplier quality and delivery.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of global market for materials and supplier networks.

Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven sourcing decisions.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience in dealing with FMCG & lifestyle brands.
