About The Role

As Assistant Payroll Manager, you need to have the advanced understanding about Financial standards, SOP’s, and reporting deadlines within hospitality industry. They must possess extensive experience in delivering an exceptional ultra-luxury experience to stakeholders and have a proven track record in effectively managing a team. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient finance operations while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

About You

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the same discipline within the luxury hotel industry. You should have deep knowledge of hotel Payroll systems and an understanding about COA mapping, P&L statements, and reporting standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving business challenges as well as experience in team leadership are essential.
