Required skills/experience:

5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce sector.

In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.

Proven track record of driving growth and scaling online businesses.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models and customer retention mechanisms.

Familiarity with international e-commerce markets, especially the North American region, to align global strategies with local tactics.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards ambitious growth targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
