SERVICE TECHNICIAN Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all vehicle repair guidelines to the accepted quality levels, always following safety instructions.

Diagnose any faults in the vehicle systems by conducting various testing and inspection tasks.

Inspect, calibrate, and verify the testing tools and equipment used.

Ability to analyse and Interpret vehicle data.

Perform preventive maintenance if necessary.

Provide valuable insights to the team by suggesting effective diagnostic procedures and efficient work processes.

Ensure that quality assurance is maintained by ensuring that any service issues are completed correctly, avoiding returns.

Maintain well-documented and detailed records of work done and testing records that the team can clearly understand.

Keep current with new techniques and developments and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.

Contribute to continuously improving customer experience, work efficiency and procedures.

Assist parts colleagues with timely and accurate information to ensure no supply challenges.

Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for everyone by always following safety protocols.

Support other service centres and complete remote work if required.

Requirements:

EVTEC certification

IMI International L3 (or equivalent) in Electric/Hybrid vehicle systems and replacement

Degree in automotive technology or electrical/automotive engineering or related field.

A passion for electric vehicles.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of electric vehicle systems and subsystems.

Relevant skills and experience in working with electric vehicles, battery systems, and diagnostic tools.

Ability to learn and adapt to a changing and dynamic environment while delivering on performance KPIs.

Excellent time management.

A determination to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Excellent English – spoken and written.

Arabic is an advantage.

Valid UAE driver's license.
