Responsibilities

- Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis on Global Real Estate markets, which includes but isn't limited to detailing regulation impact, geographic advantages, demographic trends, talent pools and pipelines, industry developments, benchmark analysis, real estate supplies and feasibilities, financials and costs.

- Lead standardization and strategy work of the Location Strategy team with regards to relevant real estate topics, at both global and regional level.

- Initiate various communication and changes with key stakeholders to drive research, insights, data and recommendations that support our strategies and growth.

- Facilitate end-to-end implementation of the Global Real Estate location strategy projects, assess opportunities and challenges with actionable levers, ensure and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- A great sense of logical/strategic thinking, self-driven and passionate about the Internet, Technology and Innovation sectors.

- A proven record of strategy planning in the field of real estate/property analysis would be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in in-house corporate strategy planning, with strategy consulting background being a plus.

- Good understanding of the market and nuances (especially UAE and Middle East), with excellent communication and leadership/stakeholder management skills.
