Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Provide rental car quotes and negotiate rental terms and conditions with clients
Prepare and complete rental agreements and other required documentation
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after the rental period
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Continuously improve industry knowledge and stay up to date on market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the car rental service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Knowledge of rental cars and related insurance policies and regulations
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software applications
