Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated PR and Communications plan, in line with the overall strategy, to support the hotel’s business objectives.

Manage and implement a year-round calendar of communication activities.

Produce and pitch newsworthy content and stories to media within the local, regional and international key feeder markets, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online platforms.

Develop high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related PR materials.

Regularly audit the hotel’s press kits in key languages.

Build and sustain a world-class media and influencer relations operation and outreach.

Oversee all news releases production for new offerings, services, packages, appointments…etc.

Manage media inquiries and interview requests. Handle requests by media to film/photograph the hotel and ensure that the hotel is appropriately featured and credited.

Consistently monitor, analyse and communicate the hotel’s PR coverage results on a regular basis.

Plan, organise and oversee all photoshoots for the hotel (including major collateral photography, F&B shoots and press release photos).

Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an on-going basis.

Develop a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets.

Manage the hotel’s social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day channel/content activities.

Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

Partner up with community-minded organizations to implement and coordinate a range of CSR activities and initiatives.

Represent the hotel at PR-related social functions and relevant new media/product launches.
