Job Details

Develop and implement progress monitoring and control processes for projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and standards.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective progress monitoring.

Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks, and implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Conduct data analysis and develop reports to provide accurate and timely updates on project status, including progress, resource utilization, and cost performance.

Regularly update project stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any changes to the project scope.

Facilitate regular project review meetings to discuss progress, risks, and mitigation strategies with project teams and stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering.

Proven experience in project management, progress monitoring, or related roles.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
