IT Project Manager Full-time Job

Ensure project alignment with IT PMO practices, processes and policies

Plan, implement and manage IT projects, coordinating stakeholder efforts for efficiency and to avoid duplication of effort

Onboard vendors with necessary access and facilities for project execution

Monitor projects against quality, timelines and acceptance criteria, facilitating periodic PMO governance meetings to initiate corrective actions as required

Develop, enforce, and maintain project governance policies, procedures, risk register, and documentation for audits

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree is required and familiarity with international frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, or Prince 2

Proficiency in IT project management and setting up the PMO function, ideally within a construction and/or real estate environment

Exposure to various technologies including SAP technologies/modules, Azure cloud, CRM and S/4HANA

Proven experience delivering presentations on project progress to c-suite and board level senior leadership

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
