Tasks in the role:

Drive the acquisition of new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and agencies, through strategic outreach and relationship-building;

Develop and support affiliate offers, overseeing negotiation processes and managing contract agreements;

Conduct thorough analysis of traffic patterns to optimize affiliate performance and enhance overall program effectiveness;

Generate engaging and targeted publications on various social media platforms to promote affiliate programs and foster brand visibility;

Monitor and evaluate competitors' performance in the affiliate marketing space, staying informed about industry trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing;

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

Energetic individual with a proactive approach;

Native/bilingual proficiency in Russian language;

Familiarity with the Forex, gambling, and FinTech industries would be an advantage.
