Head Host/Hostess Full-time Job

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the host/hostess team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the front-of-house.

Training and mentoring host/hostess staff on service standards, guest interaction, and procedures.

Creating and implementing seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and maximize occupancy.

Greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with seating assignments during peak hours.

Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Monitoring dining room activity and guest satisfaction to identify and address areas for improvement.

Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and front-of-house areas.
