Missions

Ensure the deployment of the Autono'vie system (reinforced system) in the department in conjunction with the health service manager

Coordinate and build support for clients in partnership with professionals and local stakeholders in the area (doctors, nurses, home help, nursing assistants, etc.) by offering them the services most appropriate to their state of health and their expectations.

Ensure follow-up of the route

Carry out on-call duties

PROFILE

Holder of the state nursing diploma (Decree N°81-306 of 2/4/81, modified by decree N°92-264 of 03/23/92 then by decree N°2002-194 from 02/11/02)

Ability to promote the system and make it understood

Ability to work with intra and extra resources of the ADMR network
