Construction Superintendent Piping Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the piping crew.

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.

• Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to piping systems.

• Report on progress and challenges to project managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Piping Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of piping systems and proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes in Dubai.
