Assistant Manager Finance Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L activity, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Coordinate strategic financial planning which includes expenses, income, insurance coverage, tax status, and risk tolerance

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and trend analysis

Assist in developing and implementing financial policies for budgeting and forecasting process

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines

Reviews and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities

Liaise with internal auditors to ensure appropriate financial bookkeeping is maintained

Provide insights about spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities

Providing advice in making financial decisions by projecting profit and loss data

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.

6 years of experience of which 3 years finance, accounting analyst or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
