Main functional responsibilities:
Negotiates with counter parties for purchase and sale of oil and fat products;
Manages the purchase, sale, and trading of grain crops, including hedging risk;
Analyzes financial and economic activities of the Company’s competitors based on available informational, analytical and other resources (including business mass media, publicly available advertising and marketing materials, specialized business press);
Performs preliminary pricing calculations of oil and fats products and grains for various markets and various suppliers;
Provides weekly reports on price forecasts for oil-fat and grain products with comments on market development
Responsible for observance of labor discipline, compliance with orders and instructions;
Responsible for the proper organization of office management in the company, legal and economic elaboration of agreements, contracts, arrangements;
Fulfills personal sales and purchasing plan for vegetable oils and grains (decadal, monthly, quarterly and annual);
Fulfills the targets for margin profit;
Ensures the economic efficiency of transactions;
Analyzes market conditions to determine demand, supply and price trends in the market of oil and fat products and grain crops;
Ensures maintenance and systematic updating of the Client base of counterparties in the Information System;
Maintains contact with regular customers;
Prepares drafts contracts, annexes and additional agreements;
Provides control over fulfillment of signed contracts, fulfillment of contractual obligations on product supplies (in terms of quantity, nomenclature, range, quality, terms and other conditions of supplies);
Participates in reviewing of incoming claims from counter parties in terms of product quality, payment debts and other precedents;
Promptly takes measures to recover receivables from the company & apos;s counter parties.
Interacts with other companies (organizations, institutions) in the process of performing his/her job duties.

The structure of international seed oil market;
Market economy, conjuncture of market of oil and fat products and grain crops;
Processes and reasons influencing the formation of trade flows of raw materials;
Current news and events affecting the market;
Practices of risk hedging;
Regulatory documentation of GAFTA/FOSFA associations;
Basics of marketing and management, economic planning;
Normative legal acts, orders and other documents in force of the Company and related to the order of work organization;
Range, classification, characteristics and purposes of traded products;
Procedure for pricing of oil and fat products and grain crops;
Procedure for developing commercial terms and conditions, business plans, agreements, contracts;
The procedure of maintaining the Clients base.
