Your responsibilities will be including but not limited to:
Liaise with laundry suppliers and dry cleaners to ensure timely and quality cleaning of uniforms, linens, and other materials.
Provide comprehensive sewing and tailoring services for guests, catering to various materials and garment types.
Maintain par stocks of uniform inventory to meet operational requirements.
Properly handle soiled and damaged linens, ensuring they are stored securely and disposed of in accordance with hotel standards and regulations.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues related to laundry facilities or equipment promptly.
Adhere to IHG standards and all health and safety legislation, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
2 Years of experience in the similar role.
Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities to tackle various tailoring challenges efficiently.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all professional endeavors.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence others to ensure smooth operations.
