Key Responsibilities

With the guidance of the Director of Marketing Communications, design and implement the hotel’s social media and e-commerce strategy with KPIs.

Proactively plan creative, compelling, and targeted social media activity and campaigns.

Stay informed of upcoming trends and developments within the field of social media.

Research and develop new ways to leverage social content to improve performances.

Setting KPIs for social media agencies and using relevant social media monitoring tools to manage all of the resort’s social channels.

Conduct competitive analysis studies on competition and provide recommendations on content changes for the resort’s social channels.

Oversee all social media accounts of the resort, which includes F&B and Spa, through social media agencies and ensure accountability.

Prepare and implement the annual social media content strategy in accordance to brand.

Prepare bi-weekly posting and Instagram Stories for approval of the Director of Marketing Communications.

Plan and execute social media influencer campaigns, working closely with local and/or international influencers / KOLs and with the Assistant Public Relations Manager.

Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to create and execute social media campaigns that will generate leads, drive quality traffic and fans/follower’s engagement.

Community and crisis management on multiple social media accounts.

Prepare monthly reports on social media for distribution to department heads and executive committee.

Work closely with various departments to produce quality content for social media.

Writing, commissioning, and editing materials for a range of key hotel’s audiences for use across all social media platforms.

Plan, organize and oversee all social media photography / videography sessions.

Key Competencies and Qualification

Degree holder in Marketing or eCommerce Management or related discipline

At least 2 years solid experience in similar capacity, preferably in luxury hospitality field

Excellent communications skills, articulate and compelling communication style

Ability to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles, appropriate to relevant audiences

Strong attention to detail

Proven track record with project management skills

Capable of creative thinking, working with flair and imagination

Good writing skills in English
