Responsibilities

Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Document and follow up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Manage the Office arrangement, maintain meeting agenda, and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.

Attend meetings and keeps track of action points discussed during the meeting.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.

Professional Certifications

Prefer certifications such as PMP

Professional Planning Engineer or Certified Planning & Cost Engineer certifications

Experience

5- 8 years’ relevant experience in UAE.

Excellent written, oral and communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills and time management skills.

Great organizational & administration skills.

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

A valid driver's license.
