Key Responsibilities:

Execution Excellence & Adherence:

• Adherence to established procurement processes, aligning sourcing with business needs, monitoring performance for improvements, and serving as the primary contact for sourcing inquiries.

Professional Services Sourcing Management:

• Address and prioritize procurement requirements for professional services, optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, manage RFPs, select suppliers, analyze bids, and oversee contracts, contributing to efficiency and strategic sourcing.

Supplier & Dispute Management:

• Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable contract terms, and regularly assess supplier performance within the professional services category for effective supplier management.

Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:

• Identify and lead improvement projects in professional services sourcing, participate in initiatives to enhance processes, and track cost savings to drive efficiency.


• Set and achieve personal objectives, continuously develop skills, and foster a customer-centric, innovative culture within the organization
