Responsibilities

Developing strategies and translating insights and recommendations into clear, actionable plans alongside senior leaders.

Identifying and driving business process improvements and facilitating change management initiatives.

Enhancing our customers' and passengers' experiences through significant service improvements.

Designing, refining, and optimising business processes while evaluating potential business opportunities.

Analysing departmental structures and crafting solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Supporting senior leaders in executing business plans that resonate with organisational goals and strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideal candidates should demonstrate the capacity to deliver substantial and measurable contributions to business projects. We seek creative individuals who are excellent team players, capable of inspiring others, and willing to challenge the status quo.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, industrial engineering, operations research, mathematics, or economics. Postgraduate degrees or professional qualifications in related fields are advantageous.

Strong understanding of project management principles, with excellent analytical and communication skills to simplify complex concepts and data into straightforward proposals.

Proficient in people management, capable of navigating a diverse workforce and conflict situations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates with fewer years may be considered if they possess management consulting, aviation, or relevant industry experience.

Experience in the airline, aviation, or travel industry is highly desirable.
