The Successful Applicant

Possess over 7 years' experience in a similar Employee Relations role.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in employee relations.

Excel at conflict resolution, mediation, and communication, ensuring fair and objective outcomes.

Are a data-driven and analytical thinker, adept at identifying and implementing process improvements.
