DREDGING ASSET COORDINATOR Full-time Job

In General

Supporting the Dredging and Reclamation business unit to utilize its dredging and reclamation-related assets effectively.

Duties

Interact with the stakeholders to identify and report future asset requirements.

Coordinate the communication between Projects and workshop in an efficient manner.

Interact with the stakeholders to identify and report future asset requirements.

Follow-up on workshop tasks relating to project requests.

Maintain the database of the status of assets across the sites.

Involve in the planning and forecast of asset utilization of ongoing and future projects

Support the team in identifying bottlenecks, critical items and assist follow-up with stakeholders.

Initiates the preventive maintenance of assets to ensure optimal usage and to improve lifespan.

Site-visits to organize and coordinate the preventive maintenance and gauging of the assets.

Involve in the reporting of data using various reporting tools like Excel and PowerBI.

Checking the usage and wear and tear of the assets and alerting in case of deviation from estimates.

Create data models to automate the reporting, and forecasting of asset utilization.
