Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in yacht shipyard operations

Strong knowledge of yacht construction, maintenance, and repair processes

Experience in managing and coordinating resources for yacht building projects

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements in yacht manufacturing
