Workshop Manager Full-time Job

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Proven +7 years of experience in managing a workshop in a heavy machine industry setting (Earthmoving Equipment- cranes..)

Proven experience in the reporting and handling issues related to main dealers.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians and mechanics.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of heavy machine industry equipment and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
