About The Role

Do you have positive energy and a welcoming smile that brightens the room? Do you make a great first impression? Are you always both friendly and professional in your communication, whether in-person or over the phone? Then you might just be the person we’re looking for!

We are currently looking for a Welcome Desk Agent for our front desk welcome area. As the first point of contact for new and existing guests, you will become the face of W Dubai The Palm.

Meeting and greeting people, directing guests, assigning rooms and answering the phone are some of your main tasks.

To be successful in this role you need to have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

About You

Proven 2 years work experience in same position

Hospitality experience in UAE preferred

Opera system knowledge

Fluent in English writing and speaking
