Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry

Demonstrated experience in creating impactful visual displays that drive sales

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in visual merchandising tools, techniques, and design software

Thorough understanding of current fashion and design trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of jewelry or luxury products is a plus
