VIP IT Support Engineer Full-time Job

Minimum Qualifications/Education

· Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience

· ITIL Foundation v3

· At least two relevant industry recognised certifications (E.g. Microsoft, AWS, Cisco)

· Demonstrated experience of providing technical support within an enterprise level organization, preferably supporting VIP users

· Experience in Office 365 (essential), Exchange Admin, Active Directory, and SCCM

· Experience in use of ITSM systems (ServiceNow highly desirable)

Minimum Experience

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience working within multiple technology domains (Service Desk/EUC/Desktop/Systems/Networks)

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in a high-volume, customer facing environment
