Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a VIP or concierge role

Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service to VIP clients

In-depth knowledge of luxury products, brands, and trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism

Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
