To Be Considered For This Role, Candidate Must Be

An effective and dynamic leader with a minimum of 5+ years of overall experience in education, and over 3+ years in education leadership role in a CBSE curriculum school holding a Masters degree in education related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience leading secondary wing of a CBSE curriculum school.

Experienced in developing teacher’s skills and competencies through sustained school improvement plans and continuous professional development training .

Proven track record in development,design and execution of learning and development training programs and delivery of live and online workshops.

A thought leader in the learning leadership, keep abreast of industry trends to ensure best inclass solutions.

Able to demonstrate a commitment to inclusion.

UAE school experience of the DSIB Inspection Frameworks.

Strong decision-making skills & Team building skills.

Ability to remain calm and be solution-oriented in high-stress situations.

Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
