Responsibilities

At this Role the candidate is expected to lead a team of Sales team leaders

Monitor team's performance regularly and try to provide solutions to any road blocks

Will hold the responsibility of the quarterly & annually business goals

Work in close coordination with the growth teams to procure qualified leads

Execute R&R Contest for Acquisition & Cross sell

Drive the creation of Staffing plans, rosters, schedules & Change Management Initiatives

Coach & Mentor Team members to build skills required to maximize output

Able to handle Dialer Operations Specifically Predictive Mode

Responsible for managing effective capacity planning, maximizing productivity and lead data refining

Responsible to Manage Attrition and Absenteeism

Be responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders by leveraging digital tools (viz. Power Bl, Analytics, etc.) for business performance reporting, including dashboard of key metrics related to digital & other businesses

Key Skills

Excellent at Inside sales call center Management metrics such as Login Hours, AHT, Rostering etc.

Understanding of Digital Acquisition Eco-system in both Asset & Liability side of the BFSI sector

Expert in executing the most effective Digital Sales funnel processes starting from prospective to closure
