Travel Executive Domestic Tours Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Develop and design short and long distance tour packages for domestic customers

Assess requests from customers and develop tour plans and itineraries according to their requirements

Pitch and negotiate deals with travel and hospitality partners

Develop strategic partnerships to increase the company’s reach

Coordinate with internal staff for ticket bookings, tours and other related services

Manage customer inquiries, complaints and concerns on time

Oversee tour reporting and documentations such as financial reports and analysis

Stay up to date on the latest tour destinations

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a travel executive – domestic tours

Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of online reservations systems such as Travel Gates and ITX

Good familiarity with the local, national and international travel trends

Creativity and strategic ability to develop promotional campaigns to increase the customer base

Knowledge of the Indian market

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Tourism or related field

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM
