Travel Consultant Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding and booking vacations, business trips and other services

Analyze customer preferences and suggest suitable destination and options

Plan and book itineraries and accommodations

Calculate costs of travel packages, including transportation, accommodations, and other fees

Advise customers on passport and visa requirements, health and insurance issues

Resolve customer complaints in timely and diplomatic fashion

Provide helpful information to customers and contact providers regarding special offers, discounts, and changes.

Seek feedback from customers regarding their experiences

Maintain records of bookings, payments, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience as a travel consultant

Excellent organizational and customer service skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of airline, hotel, tour, and car rental procedures

Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
