Responsibilities:
• Gather customer information and determine their travel requirements.
• Provide accurate information on available travel options.
• Book airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
• Make and recommend travel itineraries for customers.
• Develop customized travel packages according to customers’ budget and preferences.
• Analyze and prioritize customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep track of special promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Respond to customer inquiries about travel packages and services.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts.
• Keep updated records of customer purchases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel or Tourism
• Proven experience as Travel Consultant or similar role
• Knowledge of travel systems (e.g. Amadeus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans in a timely manner
• Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities
• Outstanding problem-solving and time-management skills
