Transformation Program Manager Full-time Job

Excellent understanding of transformation, Waterfall and/ or Agile methodologies and best practice techniques.

Strong understanding of Value Stream driven transformation.

Understanding of the delivery organisations within Companys – global mindset, understanding of delivery partners etc.

Strong knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.

Experience or understanding of financial services / banking and subsequently of how change drives benefits for Orginisation, its customers and other stakeholders is preferred.

Understanding of Orginisation Group structures, processes and objectives would be advantageous.

Proven ability in the successful design and implementation of large-scale, complex global/ regional change initiatives.

Proven ability to work across an organisation whilst maintaining a global perspective.

Demonstration of commerciality with strong financial acumen.

Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.

Evidence of ability to make key strategic decisions.

Delivery of complex projects, developing high performing teams to support delivery.

People and team management experience.

Proven implementation, change management and benefit realisation experience.

Qualifications and accreditations

Prince2 or PMP certification – Desirable

Agile certifications – Desirable
