Tour Guide Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Provide tours of the IQIAF area by walking, bicycle, or motorized vehicle

Research and stay up to date on the history and cultural points of interests

Develop itineraries for educational and fun tours

Collaborate with the team in order to create desired outcomes for tourists

Comply with local regulations, safety protocols and transportation laws

Create and execute safety protocols and processes to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience

Engage visitors by providing educational and entertaining facts and stories about the area

Requirements

Proven previous tour guiding experience

Knowledge of the local area and its historical background

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Punctual with a strong attention to detail

Flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for meeting and exceeding customer service expectations

Ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary

Valid driver’s license
