Territory Director Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities

Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)

Responsible for the territory P&L

Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand market share and revenue in the FAR EAST territory

Create, Lead and manage a high-performing operation/sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. Holding them accountable on execution

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies

Be responsible for timely project planning, budget approval, and accurate manpower distribution. Alignment & plan control of tool requirements and plan between Tool Management and Projects

Be responsible for the project’s execution within PIPECARE assigned territories. Maintain overall First Tool Run Success Rate at minimum 95%

Enforce compliance to operational systems, processes and policies in support of PIPECAREs strategic objectives

Ensure quality & HSE procedures are applied and followed during projects preparation and execution in all PIPECARE projects.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, analysis and statements on finances and operations

Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management on performance and market trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business Administration, (MBA preferred)

Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 8 years of experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and negotiate effectively

In-depth knowledge of the FAR EAST market landscape, including key players, trends, and opportunities

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering business outcomes
