Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Answers all calls within 3 rings, using the guest surname at least three times throughout conversation.
Monitors all calls that are in queue and answers appropriately.
Co-ordinates and assigns by dispatching work orders to the appropriate department and staff and ensures the assigned work orders are completed in accepted standard time and by priority.
What We need from you:
Communication skills - guests will call you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
Fluency in the English language - Arabic language would be great, but not essential
Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
