What You Will Be Doing
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any requests they may have.
Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly to the appropriate person or department.
Assist in coordinating guest requests and inquiries with other hotel departments.
Maintain the hotel's telephone switchboard system and ensure its proper functioning at all times.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with guest information.
Follow the hotel's established procedures and policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
Resolve any guest complaints or issues related to telecommunications, escalating as necessary.
Stay updated with hotel information, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Your Experience And Skills Include
Fluent in both written and spoken Russian (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic office software.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
