Primary Responsibilities Of This Role

Establishing strong relationships with internal business stakeholders; building a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and/or spend categories.

Developing growth strategies to deliver against ambitious objectives for the category

Build collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders and drive the right business inputs while delivering above par vendor experience

Drive automation and feature development for the program working closely with Tech/ product teams

Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive savings and frugal growth

Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review vendor performance, future opportunities, and/or challenges.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

Master's degree, or 7+ years of professional experience

Comfortable with managing complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders

Able to independently drive topics with senior stakeholders

Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership and excel
