Tech Infrastructure Support Lead Full-time Job

Requirements

Proven experience in network administration, preferably in an educational setting

Solid knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS, and iOS

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)

Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of wired and wireless networks

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose network issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, administrators, and other staff members

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
