Requirements

15-20 years of overall or 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a reputed manufacturing or trading organization.

MBA/PGDM in HR/CIPD is required.

Proactive contributor, eager to further enhance individual and department goals

Organized creative strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach to recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding.

Mastery of job portals like LinkedIn, Naurkigulf, Naukri, Indeed, etc., and other HR tools.

Experience in consulting, presenting and communicating with executives and all levels of key stakeholder partnerships
