Requirements

Be passionate about design

Able to learn fast

Experienced in the design and implementation of design systems; including templates, components and documentation in Zeroheight and Figma i.e. Storybooks, Figma components, Libraries

Previously worked for a minimum of 5-6 years experience as a product designer in fast-paced environment (ideally scale up/ startup)

Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI

Autonomous force multiplier for their team and designers around them

Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
