Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems Management:

Supervise the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery

Ensure the efficient operation of electrical components and systems to minimize downtime

Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions promptly

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment

Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of electrical technicians and maintenance staff

Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team skills and performance

Allocate tasks and resources efficiently to meet maintenance objectives

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to electrical systems and maintenance

Equipment Upgrades and Improvements:

Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

Collaborate with relevant departments to implement enhancements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair
